Inter-school Painting/Poster Design Competition

Nakshatra Balajana Sakhyam and Library KV Kanjikode is organising an Inter-school Painting/Poster Designing Competition for the students of Palakkad District under the "Let's be Cyber Smart" Project in connection with Safer Internet Day (SID) 2020.

Eligibility

Students of Class VI to XII studying in any school of Palakkad District.

The competition will be held under two categories

Junior Category: Class VI to VIII

Senior Category: Class IX to XII

Theme: Internet Safety/Cyber Security for students

Guidelines

• The painting/poster should be made on A3 size chart paper. Other size will not be accepted
• Students can use any medium
• Registration is mandatory to participate in the contest.
• There is no registration fee
• The art work must be original and a bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution/Art Teacher stating that the work is original and independent work of the student must be attached along with the entry
• Entries without the certificate from the Head of the Institution/Art Teacher will be rejected
• A school can send all entries of their students together along with a single bonafide certificate with the list of students
• Content copies from any source will be disqualified
• The Last date of receiving the entry at KV Kanjikode is 7 February 2020

Prizes

The winners in each category will receive Trophy and Certificates of Merit

Consolation Prizes and certificates to TOP 10 the best entries from both the categories

The prizes and certificates will be distributed on 11 February 2020 during the Safer Internet Day (SID) 2020 celebration at Kendriya Vidyalaya Kanjikode

How to Submit

• Register online by clicking the link given below
• Note down the registration number allotted to you
• The registration number should be written on the backside of your chart paper in big bold letters. You should not write your name, class, school or any other identifiable information on the painting/poster. If you face any problems in registration, contact the organisers for registration
• The entries must be send to The Coordinator, SID Poster Design Contest, Kendriya Vidyalaya Kanjikode, Kanjikode West, Palakkad - 678 623 so as to reach us on or before 7 February 2020
